Anna K. Wagner

Born Anna K. Schnell in Bronx, New York on October 17, 1926 to the late Otto and Margaret Schnell. Mrs. Anna Wagner worked in a defense plant for 20 years and for Readers Digest for almost two decades. She was a member of the Pleasantville Seniors and the Emanuel Lutheran Church until five years ago when she moved to Maryland to be closer to her family. In her free time Anna enjoyed teaching Sunday school and crocheting.

Mrs. Anna K. Wagner passed away peacefully at Morningside House of Friendship on December 12, 2020. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband John R. Wagner, Sr. and four of her brothers and sisters. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons John Wagner of Annapolis, MD and Richard Wagner of Lakeview, FL, her sisters Alice Wagner of Pleasantville, NY and Helen Walther of Sharon Springs, NY and three grandchildren Max, Susan and Ricky Wagner. Anna will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
