The angels rejoiced on May 29, 2022, when Arnold Lee Kniess, age 71, arrived home with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His unwavering faith was the foundation upon which he built his life and blessed the lives of so many others.
Arnold was born on December 10, 1950, in Butler, PA to parents Mabel Lewis and Vincent Randolph. He was one of seven siblings, Ed, Tom, Bob, Dave, Joyce, and Danny.
Arnold had a life of accomplishments and excelled at everything he did. His greatest devotion was to his cherished wife, Doris Kniess, and the beautiful life they created during their 53 years of marriage. Together, they have three daughters, Carol Kniess, Christina Kniess, and Julie Walsh. His seven grandchildren, Maya, Aiden, Jack, Kate, Lucy, Max, and Sylvie loved their Pop dearly.
Arnold’s legacy of love, faith, kindness, generosity, and strength will live on in the hearts and minds of anyone who knew him.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” 2 Timothy 4: 7-8 Mr. Kniess' family will celebrate his life privately.
