Arvel Bruce

Arvel was born to Kelley Tinley Bruce and Hazel Gibbs Bruce on March 12, 1940 at LaFollette, Tennessee and died on June 2, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland. Arvel joined the United State Air Force in 1959 and was honorably discharged in 1984. He was a Vietnam veteran and a recipient of the Bronze Star. After retirement, he continued working in government agencies for many years. He is survived by his loving wife Sadako “Kay” Takahashi Bruce of Severn, Maryland and his brother Tom Bruce of Tucker, Georgia.
