Audrey D. Warren passed away peacefully in Gallatin, Tennessee, on September 5, 2026. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, to Charles A. and Jennie (Rinehart) Schwartz, on February 18, 1925. She lived a full and vibrant life centered on the people she held most dear. In passing, Audrey is finally reunited with her beloved husband, Joseph E. Warren. A dedicated member of the Rejoice Fellowship Church, Audrey found great comfort and community in her faith. Throughout her life, she kept her mind sharp and her hands busy. She was an avid reader who never missed a crossword puzzle and, during her younger years skillfully crocheted beautiful creations for those she loved. Audrey had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and cherished her time spent camping. She looked forward to her annual two-week camping trips to Myrtle Beach and fondly recalled many adventures camping through Florida’s beautiful beaches. Yet, above all else, Audrey’s heart was defined by her family. She took immense pride and joy in her role as a matriarch, deeply loving her grandbabies, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love and her devoted spirit will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.

Audrey is preceded by her parents, Charles and Jennie (Rinehart) Schwartz; her 8 siblings; her dear husband of 72 years, Joseph E. Warren; and her grandson, Alex Ostrosky. She is survived by her children, Joseph Warren, Jr. (Lynn), Douglas Warren (Barbara), Diane Black (David), and Patricia Ostrosky (Skip); 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, September 12, 2026, 10am - 12pm. Funeral service will follow immediately at 12pm. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
