Barbara K. Williams passed away on February 3, 2016. Born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Frank L. and La Marcelle (nee Bryant) Smith on January 15, 1950. Barbara recently moved back to Maryland after living many years in Florida. She enjoyed gardening and playing computer games. She is survived by her sons, Frank E. Williams of Pensacola, FL, Douglas J. Williams of Crestview, FL; sisters, Nancy L. Smith of Glen Burnie, Judith A. Chalk and her husband Kenneth of Baltimore; 5 grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
