Bernard E. Clark passed away on December 5, 2013. Bernard was a lifetime resident of Severn who enjoyed trains, building, old country music and tasking rides in the country. He is survived by his daughter, Thelma E. Clark of Millersville; brothers Joseph Clark of the Eastern Shore; sisters, Connie Parkinson of the Eastern Shore, Bobbie Parkinson of Arnold, Phyllis Myers of Annapolis, Linda McDonald of New Jersey; grandchildren, Victoria Forney, Howard Forney and Lee Phillips. Mr. Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Clark and Anastasia Clark (nee Drury) and his wife, Thelma E. Clark (nee Wood).
