Bessye C. Grace

June 27, 1930 — March 17, 2012

Born Bessye C. Clark in Baltimore, MD on June 27, 1930 to Gordon Benjamin Clark and his wife Mollie Anna Clark (nee Scholl). She live up and down the east coast during her childhood, but settled and lived in Glen Burnie and Linthicum for most of her life before moving to Delaware in 1989. She was active in politics, serving as an Administrative Aide to Congresswoman Marjorie Holt. Professionaly she worked in many different businesses in Customer Relations. In her later life she was a real estate agent in the Glen Burnie area and later in Ocean City. In her spare time Bessye enjoyed camping and spending time with her family. She was a 1947 graduate of Glen Burnie High School and also attended business school. In addition to her parents she his preceeded in death by her brothers and sisters and her son Ronald L. Grace. She is survived by her husband Elmer Grace of Delmar, MD, daughters Sharon L. Duncan of Linthicum, Deborah K. Jackson of Ferndale and Bonita G. Wolfe of Delmar, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She passed away peacefully at Loftland Lifecare Park in Seaforde, DE
