Betty Ruth Forster

September 9, 1928 — April 17, 2010

Born Betty Ruth Bell on September 9, 1928 in Lancaster, PA to the late Wayne T. and Frances M. Biemesderfer (nee Stewart). She moved to Maryland and has lived in the Glen Burnie area for 54 years. A homemaker, she was a member for over 50 years of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church where she taught the Ladies Senior Bible Study, helped with the Kennedy Program and the Stephen's Ministry. She was the store manager of the Lutheran Missions Society for many years. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life. In her spare time, she enjoyed Reading, Entertaining in her home and spending time with her family. In addition to her parent's, she is preceeded in death by her husband Harry W. Forster, Sr. Mrs. Forster is survived by her daughter Elise A. Evans of Glen Burnie, sons Harry W. Forster of Panama City, FL and Nicholas J. Forster of Front Royal, VA as well as her brother Wayne T. Bell of Illinois. Additionaly she is survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren on 1 great-great-grandchild. She passed away peacefully at Gulf Coast Medical Center on April 17, 2010 after struggling for many years with lung problems.
