Beulah was born on June 23, 1930 in Illinois to Mary and Jessie Dillin (Pettijean) whom preceded her in death along with her sister, Beverly Grable. Beaulah was a graduate of Glen Burnie Senior High School. Followed by Saint Agnes School of Nursing. She was a private duty nurse as well as a Navy wife and a mother of two boys. She became an industrial nurse for Montgomery Ward then moved on the Jessup Prison. She ended her career at Eastern Stainless Steel, retiring when it closed. Beulah was an avid cat lover but loved all animals. She is survived by her two sons Bernard, Jr. and Joseph as well as their wives Joanne and Maureen. Also 2 grandchildren and great grand children, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belford Road, Ste 300, Jacksonville, Florida 32256
