Blaine Hamilton Perry was born June 2, 1949 in Washington, DC to the late James Earl and Marjorie Ethel Perry . Mr. Perry retired after 28 years as a Database Manager with the Board of Education.

He is survived by his brothers Mark M. Perry of York, PA, Bray L. Perry of Linthicum, nephews Matthew Perry of St. Augustine, FL, Lucas Perry of Baltimore, and Nathanial Perry of Columbia . He is also survived by his dear friends Ray and Lisa Hardesty and their children Nick and Kala Hardesty.

Mr. Perry passed away April 26, 2019 at University of Maryland Medical Center. All services will be private.
