Brandon Garcia was born September 13, 2006 in Annapolis, MD to Edgar Romero, Sr. and Tania Maritza Noguera of Glen Burnie. Brandon was a resident of Glen Burnie and he was a sophomore at Glen Burnie High School. He enjoyed playing soccer and video games, hanging out with his friends, listening to rap music, dogs, dirt bikes and dreaming of the cars he would have. In addition to his parents Brandon is survived by his brothers Kafher Noguera, Bryson Reinholt, Edgar Romero, Jr. and Mateo Romero as well as his nephew Janlucas Noguera Perez.
