Brandy Starr Scott, a resident of Glen Burnie her entire life, passed away on December 8, 2013. Brandy was a cheerleader in her early years and enjoyed horseback riding, taking care of people. Her true enjoyment came from her kids, they were her life. She is survived by her husband, Deonte' Brown, Sr; son, Deonte' Brown Jr., daughters, Alexia Jasmine Tyson, Cheyanne Mahala Brown; sister, Brittany Englehardt. Brandy was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Weaver and Anna Marie Scott.
