Bryan Mitchell "Mick" Livesay was born December 12, 1943 in Frederick, MD to Charles Basil Livesay and Willie Mae Livesay (nee Null). He was raised in Carroll County and has lived in Glen Burnie for the last 45 Years. Mick served with the Navy on the Enterprise on which he was commissioned; making him "a plank owner" of the ship. He worked as a machinist at Westinghouse at the Bay Bridge and General Motors in Baltimore. In his spare time Mr. Livesay enjoyed NASCAR Racing, Crabbing, Fishing, Boating and Playing Pool. He is survived by his wife of 16 1/2 years Pat Livesay, children Charlie Livesay and Dawn E. Lewis both of Glen Burnie, step-children John Loving of Greensboro, MD and Larry Dring of Pasadena, the mother of his children Linda E. Livesay, Sisters Pam Shorb and Colleen Hahn, both of Keymar, MD. Mick is also survived by 10 Grandchildrn and 2 Great-Grandchildren. In addition to his parents he is preceeded in death by a daughter Michelle Livesay Bortner. He passed away on Jan. 7, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness.
