Carol A. Fosdal

Carol A. Fosdal (formerly) was born November 14, 1941 in England to the late Thomas and Isabelle Lawson Holt.  She has lived in Glen Burnie, MD for the past twelve years after 40 years in New Carrollton, MD, where she raised her family.  During her working life Mrs. Fosdal worked at Riggs bank in DC, in later years she served as a secretary in a middle school.  She also was a substitute teacher’s aide at the early childhood center where both of her daughters work. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in College Park, and in her spare time Carol also enjoyed crocheting blankets for friends and family. Carol had a very giving and loving nature and enjoyed being of help to others. Carol loved her family and friends deeply and was loved by all who met her.  Preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Leah.  Left to cherish her memory are her husband of almost 54 years Ted Fosdal of Glen Burnie, son Jonathan Fosdal of Pasadena, MD, daughters Suzanne Fosdal of Laurel, MD and Victoria Evans of College Park, MD. She is also survived by brothers Stephen, David and Peter Holt and sister Frances Harding all of the United Kingdom, as well as her four grandchildren, Jenna, Jayden, Benjamin, and Jacob.
