Carol Juanita Pleasant

On Friday, December 15, 2023, Carol Juanita Pleasant, 63, Glen Burnie resident, died peacefully in the care of Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Carol was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on Tuesday, June 14, 1960, to Clifton George and Ellen Juanita Shea Howard. She lived in Maryland her entire life and a majority of it was in Glen Burnie. She was an avid animal lover; cats/dogs and especially horses. Carol also enjoyed vacationing in Ocean City with the family; she absolutely loved the beach. Along with the beach and the sand, was also a love for crabs and seafood. She enjoyed all kinds of music and turning the radio up to the max.  She will be missed dearly by her boys Todd and Tim.

Carol is preceded by her parents, Clifton George Howard and Ellen Juanita Shea Howard; her husband, James Steven Pleasant, Jr. and her sister, Dawn Joyce Howard. She is survived by her two sons, Clifton Todd Pleasant and his Wife Kelly Pleasant and Timothy Matthew Pleasant and his wife Skye Pleasant; her stepchildren, James Steven Pleasant, III. and his Wife Christine Pleasant, and Julie Harrison and her husband Paul Harrison; and her grandchildren, Clifton Todd Jr., Kyle, Adam, Zack, Lacey, and Breanna.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Friday, December 22, 2023, from 10:30am - 12:30pm. Funeral service to follow immediately at 12:30pm. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
