Carolyn Ann Buddemeier

Carolyn Ann Buddemeier, age 75, of Annapolis, Maryland passed peacefully on Friday, August 26, 2022, due to pulmonary issues.

She attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church School (Glen Burnie, MD), William S. Baer School (Baltimore, MD), Oakwood Elementary (Glen Burnie, MD) and Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center (Fishersville, Virginia).

Carolyn's career and employment was with Anne Arundel Medical Center as a Central Supply Technician.

She began work at the old hospital in downtown Annapolis and retired with 40 years of service from the new hospital.

Carolyn was a current member of Annapolis Evangelical Lutheran Church, Edgewater, MD. She also attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church (Glen Burnie, MD), and St. Martin's Lutheran Church, (Annapolis, MD).

Carolyn loved the Glen Burnie Carnival, Anne Arundel County Fair, and the Maryland State Fair. Her numerous hobbies included her spoon collection, teddy bears, her dear pen pals and she loved her Mickey Mouse.

She spent her retired years doing many activities with her sister. Carolyn also loved living at Morningside House of Friendship (Hanover, MD). She loved all the employees and all the wonderful activities they provided. She also loved all the dogs who came to see her.

Carolyn was the daughter of Earl and Elizabeth (nee Wilking) Buddemeier. She is survived by her only sister Mary L. Buddemeier and many dear and wonderful friends.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 10-11. Services will begin at 11:00 A.M.

Burial will be private.
