She was born Carolyn M. Heller in Baltimore, MD on November 2, 1926 to the late Carl Rudolph and Helen Mason Heird Heller. Mrs. Rogers grew up in Baltimore and has been a resident of Glen Burnie for 65 Years. She was an office worker for Travelers Insurance for 40 years. Carolyn was an avid mall walker, she enjoyed doing puzzles, was talented in many forms of needlework. She helped raise her great-niece Rachel and great-nephew Robert. In earlier years she was a member of the Lady's Aux. of American Legion Post #40 and she attended the Church of God. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rogers is preceded by her husband David L. Rogers, brother Joseph Cromier and sisters Lilly Buckler and Helen Nestler. Left to cherish her memory are her brother Richard Marshall and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Her family will celebrate her life privately.
