Carolyn F. Winters

Born Carolyn F. Stidham in Baltimore on June 24, 1942 to the late James and Ann Stidham. Mrs. Carolyn Winters was a longtime resident of Glen Burnie. She worked as a dispatcher for Baltimore Tank Lines for over twenty years. In her free time, Carolyn enjoyed bowling. She loved family and babies, children made her happy, especially her grand and great-grand children. She was a giving woman and donated a lot to people. Carolyn was known for her big heart and potato salad. She was a devoted wife, proud mother and loving grandmother.

Mrs. Carolyn F. Winters passed away unexpectedly on January 4, 2021 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Charles T. Winters, Jr., brothers Robert Stidham and John Stidham and sister-in-law Sharon Stidham. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son James "Jim" Winters and wife Jen of Lakeland, Florida, her daughter Dawn M. Winters of Bethesda, MD, grandchildren Crystal Roman, Ashton Winters and Claire Winters, sister-in-law Carol Stidham and three great-grandchildren.
