October 14, 1918 — November 10, 2013
Carrol K. HIggins passed away on November 10, 2013. Carrol was a member for over 20 years of the Alvarado Hospital Auxillary and was involved with the Eastern Star and Wheeling Stars Camping Club. She loved butterflies and crocheting and knitting. Mrs. Higgins is survived by her son, Guy "Thom" Higgins of Glen Burnie; daughter, Marion Frandsen of Panguitch, Utah; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Carrol was preceded in death by her parents, Guy Dobbs, Agusta Dobss (nee Schmidt) and her husband, George Higgins.
