Catherine M. Bell

Born Catherine M. Chilcote in Baltimore, MD on May 19, 1922 to the Late John & Helen Chilcote. Mrs. Catherine Bell lived in Glen Burnie, MD most of her life before moving to Delaware to be with her daughter. Mrs. Bell was an active member of the Ladies Aux. of Millsboro, DE and American Legion Post #28. In her free time Catherine enjoyed cooking word puzzles, and watching the Wheel of Fortune. She cherished the time she spent with her family and pets.
Mrs. Catherine Bell passed away peacefully on July 6th at Harrison House Nursing Home in Delaware. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Catherine was predeceased by her husband Richard Bell, son John Bell, granddaughter Colleen Loughrey and sister Helen Earle. Catherine is survived by her son Ronald L. Bell of Glen Burnie, MD, daughters Helen Walsh of Berlin, MD, Catherine J. Amend of Dogsboro, DE, and Deborah Rey of Glen Burnie, MD, brother Charles Chilcote of Rosdale, MD, nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. Her light will live on in her family and friends.
