Catherine J. Creighton

Born Catherine J.  Sapienza in Baltimore, MD on June 2, 1950 to Mr. Peter J. Sapienza and Mrs. Catherine (Walls) Sapienza.  Mrs. Creighton was a lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD. Catherine worked as in sales at WR Grace. In her free time she enjoyed taking vacations, going shopping and trips to the casinos.

In addition to her parents, Catherine is predeceased by her loving husband of 47 years John Anthony Creighton (who passed away this past March) and dear son, Gregory M. Creighton. She is survived by her son Steven J. Creighton and his wife Tami of Pasadena, MD, son John A. Creighton, Jr. of Baltimore, MD, her cherished grandsons, Nikolas M. Creighton and Collin A. Creighton, and her sister Cynthia A. Schaffer and brother-in-law Frank Schaffer of Berlin, MD.

Mrs. Catherine Creighton passed away following a brief illness at St. Agnes Hospital on July 4, 2018. Friends may call on Saturday, July 7, 9 - 11 AM with services at 11 AM at the family owned Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, 421 Crain Hwy. S.E., Glen Burnie, MD 21061.
