Catherine Elsie Neiswander (Henningsen), 97 a Long Time Herald Harbor resident, died on May 15, 2026. She was the daughter of August and Elsie Henningsen, and was born on June 6, 1928, in Baltimore, Maryland.

She grew up in (Waverly) Baltimore and became a Licensed Hair Dresser before getting Married. She later became a EKG Technician for Anne Arundel Medical Center. She enjoyed volunteering for Baldwin Memorial Methodist Church. Catherine also enjoyed shopping, dining out, traveling, and chatting on the phone to Friends and Family.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, August and Elsie Henningsen; her husband, Bobby E. Neiswander Sr.; and her sister, Betty Hastings. She is survived by her son, Bobby E. Neiswander, Jr. his wife, Randi; her brother, Franklin Henningsen; her grandchildren, Luke Neiswander and Amanda Shorter (husband) Christopher Shorter and Catherine's great-grandchildren Nathan and Ethan Shorter.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, 11am -1pm. Funeral service to follow immediately, 1pm. Interment Baldwin United Methodist Church Cemetery.
