She is survived by mother Winnie Charlene Lanoue, son Josiah Montiel-Garcia, brother Keith Lanoue and best friends Maritza Williams-Rodriguez and Katherine Tolson.
Charity passed away September 28, 2017 at her home in Glen Burnie.
