Charles Gilbert Clair

November 6, 1919 — November 24, 2013

Charles Gilbert Clair, a resident of Glen Burnie since 1954, passed away on November 24, 2013. Charles attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church and was a member of Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, Parish Council Member and a Lector at Holy Trinity. Mr. Clair honorably served his country for four years in the United State Army Air Corp during WW II. He enjoyed refinishing furniture, fishing, selling seafood, Fan of Notre Dame and being a handyman but his primary purpose in life was his family. Mr. Clair is survived by his wife, Margaret L. Clair (nee Hanway) of Glen Burnie; sons, Michael Clair and his wife Nancy of Virginia, Patrick Clair and his wife Tina of Curtis Bay, Joseph Clair of Woodlawn; daughters, Kathleen Hiett of Glen Burnie, Janet Alibrandis and her husband Vasilios of Fallston, Barbara Clair of Brooklyn Park; grandchildren Matthew and Timothy Clair.
