Charles Philip Danza (1932-2022)

Charles Philip Danza of Severn, Maryland, passed away peacefully in his home with his family on April 27, 2022 at 8:39 am. Charles is preceded by his parents, Charles and Mary (Tomick) Danza. He is survived by his wife, June Ruth (Hohman) Danza; children, Charles "Chuck" Danza of Severn, Toni Danza of Pasadena, Aleta Meyer of Glen Burnie, Krista Danza of Deale; sister, Charlotte Slone of Bowie; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Charles P. Danza was born in Baltimore on August 3, 1932. Charles was a veteran of the Navy (1951-1955) and was a member of Heritage Community Church for well over 25 years. As a young man, Charles worked at the railroad. After an honorable discharge from the Navy, Charles spent 32 years with and retired from Eastman Kodak.

Danza, a devoted husband and father, always put family first. He loved to garden, watch sports, and support his children and grandchildren. A handy repairman around the house, he seemingly could fix anything due to his attention to detail. He passed away in the home that he built, surrounded by family who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Family and friends may gather at the Glen Haven Memorial Park Mausoleum on Saturday, 12 pm for services and interment.
