Charles Elmer Frank

Charles Elmer Frank was born on August 6. 1942 in Baltimore, MD and has been a resident of Glen Burnie for over 50 years.  During his working life he was a planner for first Westinghouse, then Northrup Grumman where he worked for 42 years. He was previously a member of the Elks Lodge and the Colt Corral. Charles was an avid golfer, he also enjoyed building hot rods and in earlier days was a drag racer. It was a rained out race day when he met his beloved wife of 52 years Linda K. Willard Frank. Left to cherish his memory in addition to his wife are son Charles T. Frank of Glen Burnie and Renee Prestigiacomo of Amityville, NY and grandson Dirk Prestigiacomo.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life during a viewing on Monday, August 25, 2025, at Kirkley Ruddick Funeral Home from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 6:00pm - 8:00pm.   A funeral service will take place on August 26, 2025, at 12:00pm at the same location in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Interment immediately following at Glen Haven Memorial Park .
