Charlotte E. Elliott

Charlotte E. Elliott was born in Baltimore, Maryland on Monday, September 3, 1934 to James and Mary Margaret (Kirmse) Stevens. Charlotte was a homemaker that took good care of her family and was truly the happiest when she was surrounded by them. She also enjoyed the casino, camping /glamping, shopping and going out to eat. Nothing brought her greater joy than to be with the ones that she loved and will be greatly missed by them.

Charlotte is preceded by her parents, James Stevens and Mary Margaret (Kirmse) Stevens and her husband, Herbert Richard Elliott. Charlotte is survived by her two daughters, Loretta M. Anderson (Tom) of Hanover and Wanda S. Manning (Chuck) of Glen Burnie; brother, Edward Stefankiewicz; grandchildren, Derrick S. Prehn, Dawn A. Karagiorgis, Christine E. Vacek and Melissa L. Wilson; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Family and friends may gather at KIRKLEY-RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, from 3:00pm - 4:00pm. Services and Interment are private.
