Cheryl Ann Norris nee Hartland was born in Chester Pennsylvania to the late Benjamin Thomas, Jr. and Theresa Hartland. She was a resident of Glen Burnie and enjoyed shopping, traveling and especially spending time with her grandson Joseph Norris. In addition to Joseph she is survived by two daughter Wendy and Jodi Norris.
