Chia Chung Chou was born in China on Wednesday, September 12, 1923. He came to the United States in 1976 and became a citizen in 1984. Chia cared for his family and made sure they were taken care of. He will be greatly missed by them.

Chia is survived by his wife Hung (Chan) Chou; his children, Hsin Chou, Shan Chao and Ying Chan; 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
