Chuckie Deshun Starks was born at the University of Maryland Medical Center on Saturday, June 12, 2021 to Kenneth Deshun Starks and Diamond Michelle Anderson.

Chuckie is preceded by his grandfather, Derrick Michael Williams and his great grandmother, Mary Eleanor Curtis. He is survived by his twin brother, Isreal Deshun Starks; sister, Dakota Ann Smith; brother, D'Shawn Michael Anderson; grandparents, Kenneth Deshun Starks, Mellisa Tonya Glass, Rebecca Ann Anderson; and great grandparents, Gina Gopie, Dena Anderson and Keenan Curtis.

A memorial gathering will be on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, 10:00 AM -11:30 AM. Service to begin 11:30 AM. Interment is private.
