Clarence Arthur Williams "Will", 73, of Severn, MD passed away peacefully at his home on February 21, 2014. Born January 23, 1941 in Dubugue, Iowa to the late Clarence and Mary Williams. Clarence selflessly served his country in the US navy. Upon his return to civilian life, he began a long career as a craftsman where he specialized in wallpapering and painting. He started his business in the late 70's "Willie Wallpaper". He traveled throughout the U.S. and Panama where he showed his expertise in his work. His motto was "Where there's a will there's a way". Clarence enjoyed NASCAR racing. In the 70's he enjoyed racing at Dorsey Speedway. Mr. Williams enjoyed taking care of projects, watching and going to antique shows. He loved traveling and especially going to Ocean City, MD where he loved to watch the sunsets. After retirement he enjoyed morning westerns and helping to care for his great - nephew Aiden. Clarence met Theresa Johnson Williams in 1973 and married in 1978, enjoying 36 years together. Will is survived by his loving wife Theresa of Severn, MD; two sisters, Lenice Brunson, Mary Joan Pickney; daughter, Laura Anne Williams of Rockford, IL; 2 godchildren, Monique Wilson, Jasmin Slocum; close friends, Eddie Andjar, Paul Farthing and Chester Farthing. At the time of his death he was blessed with 2 grandchildren, Ladonna and Monique. In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Williams.
