Clifton George Howard

Clifton George Howard was born September 29, 1931 to the late Edgar and Alice Howard. Mr. Howard was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie and long-time member of American Legion Post 40. He proudly served in the U.S. Army, and after leaving the service went on to work as an Operations Manager at General Motors for 34 years. In his free time he enjoyed singing karaoke and fishing. Above all else he was a family man who cherished the time he spent with his loved ones.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 50 years, Ellen J. Howard, and his daughter Dawn Howard. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Carol Pleasant, siblings Alice, Bobby, Tommy, and Linny, grandchildren Clifton, and Timothy Pleasant, great-grandchildren Kayla and Todd.

Mr. Howard passed away July 29, 2019 at Baltimore-Washington Medical Center. He will be missed by all who knew him.
