Clifton Dwight Lanham, Sr.

Mr. Clifton Dwight Lanham, Sr. was born in Baltimore, MD on February 22, 1952 to the late Cleveland and Elsie Lanham. Clifton was a longtime Maryland resident before moving to Pennsylvania in 2018 to be closer to his son's family. Clifton proudly serviced in the United States Army. He was a carpenter for Country Side Homes for many years. In his free time Clifton enjoyed creating new designs he could color. Clifton had a passion for playing baseball and softball. He cherished his time with family and friends.

Mr. Clifton Dwight Lanham, Sr. passed away in York Hospital on December 31, 2020. In addition to his parents, Clifton was preceded in death by his beloved wife Norma Jean Lanham and brother-in-law Ray Lanz. Those left to cherish his memory are his son Clifton Dwight Lanham, Jr of Glen Rock, PA, longtime companion Diane Barbrey, brothers David Lanham and wife Karen of Hanover, and Gene Lanham and wife Carol of Millersville, sisters Maryln Lanz of Ohio,  Tammy Matheison and husband Larry of Chesapeake Beach, Judy Schneider and husband Bob of Sharptown, and his grandchildren Clifton JD Lanham, Evelyn Lanham, Owen Lanham, Lydia Lanham and Annabelle Hall.

Clifton will be greatly missed by all who knew him. All services for Mr. Clifton Lanham will be private at the family's request.
