Cynthia D. Scott

Ms. Cynthia D. Scott was born in Ft. Meade, MD on February 21, 1959 to Aaron Thompson Scott and Glady Louise Scott (nee Johnston).  Ms. Scott proudly served in the United States Army for 22 years and retired from the Army in 2003. Ms. Scott would help others in any way she could. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and shopping.  Ms. Scott was predeceased by her father Aaron Thompson Scott and her brother Kenneth Scott. She is survived her sons Julian Scott of Odenton and Justin Aaron Bernard James of Ft. Meade, daughters Brittany Edwards of Ft. Meade and Larissa Scott of Annapolis,  mother Glady Louise Scott (nee Johnson), and brothers Gregory Scott of Arizona and Melvin Scott of Crofton. Ms. Cynthia D. Scott passed away peacefully at Perry Point VA Maryland Health Care System on June 14, 2019. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
