David Alan Miller

David Alan Miller was born September 6, 1936 in Fairmont, West Virginia to Oliver J. and Alma M. (Orr) Miller. Married for 52 years to his wife Carol L. (Queen) Miller, Mr. Miller lived in Glen Burnie for many years. He. worked in many capacities for the CSX Railroad prior to his retirement. In his spare time he enjoyed Camping at Bear Lake with his children and was a fan of all sports. He was a member of Everlasting Covenant Church in Fairmont and was a former member of the Glen Burnie Elks Lodge. Survivors include his sons Robert J. Hartman of Millersville, MD and John D. Alan Miller of Virginia, daughters Pamela E. Napier-Yuhl of Quicksburg, VA and Tamera L. Miller-Ripnick of Glen Burnie as well as his brother John Richard Miller of Mechanicsburg, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Miller passed away peacefully at the John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore after a brief illness. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
