David Michael Lake was born September 13, 1944 in Connecticut to the late Rev. Harry Lake and the late Lola Lake (nee Beery). A resident of Glen Burnie for the last 24 years, Mr. Lake was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in Viet Nam. He was also a member of the Free Masons, the Eastern Star, Job's Daughters, and Rejoice Fellowship Church. In his free time he enjoyed cheering on his favorite sports team, the Baltimore Ravens.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 25 years Mary Lee Lake, his children Michelle McCorkle and her husband Christopher, Kathy Lake, Sherry Scarborough-Raitt and her husband Stephen, Lisa Kastina and her husband Jason, siblings Mary Lake, Jon Lake and his wife Deb, Martha Lake, grandchildren Christopher, Gannon, Kathleen, Matthew, Nicholas and his wife Rachel, Alison, Brooke, Quentin, Jacob, and Madalynn, great-grandchildren Elliott and Harlow, and another great-grandchild on the way. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Linda Lake, and his brother Peter Lake.
The family invite you to join them for a short service by the Eastern Star on Wednesday at 4:00 P.M. and the Free Mason service Wednesday at 8:00 P.M. followed by the Job's Daughter's service
