David Joseph Penny was born April 11, 1988 in Baltimore to Larry and Lisa Penny. David was a resident of Dundalk and in his free time enjoyed gaming, watching wrestling and cheering on the Washington Capitals and Baltimore Ravens.
In addition to his parents he is survived by grandfather John Jowell Penny, grandmother Linda Penny, cousin Christopher Penny and numerous other cousins. He was preceded in death by grandmother Wanda Josephine Penny, grandfather David Guinn and grandmother Faye Guinn.David passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2018 at his home.
