Denise Ann Nave

Denise Ann Nave nee Sowers was born July 6, 1957 to Dee Buckner and the late Donald Sowers. She was a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, and known as a very giving and caring person as well as a dedicated mother. She loved caring for her pet birds and in her free time she enjoyed watching wrestling, watching the news and staying up to date on current events.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Shane Tumlinson, her mother Dee Buckner and her step-father Wayne Buckner. She was preceded in death by her father Donald Sowers. Denise passed away at her home on October 13, 2018 at the age of 61.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 3 pm-5 pm at Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home, 421 Crain Hwy. S. Glen Burnie, MD 21061. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, at the funeral home, at 5 pm.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral costs.
