Dennis Alan Whitney

Dennis Alan Whitney was born on January 31, 1958 in Annapolis, MD to the late John Franklin Whitney, Jr. and Nancy Lee Belt (nee Benson) of Ferndale. Dennis lived in Anne Arundel County for most of his life except for 1996-2006 when he live in Wisconsin. He worked in the Computer Software Industry for various firms. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, bowling, the Orioles and Ravens and watching PGA Golf. In addition to his mother Dennis is survived by his children Robert P. Whitney of Jacksonville, FL and Rachel N. Causey of Green Sea, SC, brothers John F. Whitney, 3rd of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Michael Whitney of Glen Burnie as well as his former wife Martha Webb of South Carolina. He passed away in his home on July 21.
