On April 5, 2010, Donald E. Lacy passed away while in hospice care. He was 74. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he lived in Annapolis for many years. Don was a welder by trade. Beloved husband of the late Jean A. Lacy; father of Anita Youngbar of Pasadena and brother of Phyllis Mentzell of Arnold. Don enjoyed riding horses.
