Donald Lee Singleton, Sr. was born in Pennsylvania on Friday, September 8, 1939 to Roscoe and Eleanora (Monn) Singleton. Donald moved to Maryland with his family when he was a child. He was self employed as a construction worker; Singleton Construction. He loved working and building anything. He also fished, liked watching westerns and listening to country music. He had a joy for playing cards, especially with the family and being surrounded by his kids with a nice cold beer in his hand. He will be missed.
Donald is preceded by his parents, Roscoe and Eleanora (Monn) Singleton; his first wife, Linda (Wieland) Singleton; children, Stacey Singleton, Quinton Duane Singleton, Belinda Singleton and his siblings, Paul Vernon "Petey" Singleton, Clay "Works" Singleton, Larry Singleton, Gene Singleton and Ronald Singleton. He is survived by his children, Donald Lee Singleton, Jr. (Cynthia Mowbray) of Tennessee, Carl Eugene Singleton (Tonia) of Glen Burnie, Andrea June White (John) of Glen Burnie, Jessica Tiffany Redman (Robert Houston) of Glen Burnie; former wife Crystal Blair of Glen Burnie; siblings, Nancy Hood of Odenton, Ruby Gribble of Millersville and Sharon Faulkner of Millersville; grandchildren, Danielle, Quinton, Christopher, Peyton, Nicholas, Mark, Kevin, Kenny, Alexis, Mason, Mikey, DeAndre, Marana, Sebastian, Ayryanna "Cookie", Layla, Haleigh, Cheyenne, Deon and Ayden and great grandchildren, Nylah, Wyatt, Clay, Abby, Colton, Serenity, Shirah, Pablo, Ruben, Kyrie, Kylie, Kayleigh, Avery, Riley and Aubrey.
Family and friends may visit at the Kirkley-Ruddick Funeral Home on Wednesday, 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be held, Thursday, 11am at the funeral home. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
