Dorothy Stumbo Barker passed away on December 6th. Born in Baltimore to Everett Gibson and Lorraine Gibson (nee Newell). Dorothy enjoyed reading, traveling, collecting carrousels and Unicorns. She is survived by her sisters Patricia Dearing of Baltimore Highlands and Debbie Kissner of Glen Burnie and brother Richard Gibson. Mrs. Barker is preceded in death by her husband, Comer Ray Barker and daughter Robin L. Perkins.
