Dorothy R. Grohol

Dorothy R. Grohol was born in Baltimore, MD on August 9, 1928 to the late Zolan and Daisy Carr. She lived in Carroll County for thirty years where she worked as a caregiver at Sykesville Eldercare.
Dorothy enjoyed spending her free time with her family, playing and caring for puppies, and watching her favorate televition show, Golden Girls. Dorothy passed away peacefully at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on April 18, 2017. She is survived by daughters, Vera Griffin of VA, and Patricia Jackson of VA, sisters, Betsy Walker of Pasadena, MD and Janet Broadwell fo NC, her three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Martin Griffin, Jr., daughter, Dorothy Griffin, brothers Sonny, Floyd, Robert and James Carr.
