Earlena I. Holloway

Born Earlena Irene Holloway in Maryland on November 27, 1922 to the late Mr. Henry and Mrs. Lena Dugan. She graduated from Western High School. Earlena married her husband James R. Holloway, Sr. and was blessed with 59 years of loving marriage until his passing in 2012. She worked as a secretary and cafeteria worker in local schools. She was an active member of Ferndale United Methodist Church. In her free time, Earlena enjoyed reading, playing bingo and visiting with her friends and family.

Mrs. Earlena Holloway passed away peacefully at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on November 1, 2019. She leaves behind her devoted son James R. Holloway, Jr. of Glen Burnie, brother Dennis Dodd of La Plata, sister Beatrice Thompson of Monkton and many friends. The memories of her will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
