Eileen Elizabeth Fontana

February 4, 1924 — July 6, 2018

Eileen Elizabeth Fontana nee Hunt, 94 of Boynton Beach, Florida and Millersville, Maryland passed away on July 6, 2018. She was born on February 4, 1924 in Belfast, Ireland to Annie and James Hunt.

Eileen met her beloved husband, Nicholas, during World War II in Coventry, England. After the war she moved to New York where they were married on January 18, 1946.

Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Nick, her son, James Fontana, and her grandson, Francis Ellison.

She is survived by her children, Annette M. Bedford (Hugh), Nicholas A. Fontana, Jr. (Karen), and Matthew J. Fontana (Kathleen Emily); her grandchildren, Nicholas Fontana, III, Kimberly Restivo, Natalie Engelmeyer, Kathy Burgess, Laura Fontana, Heather Jones, and Nicole Stumpf; her great-grandchildren, Brittney Lyons, James Johnson, Johnny Stumpf, Hugh Stumpf, Colton Stumpf, and Baby Boy Stumpf #4 (coming soon), Luke Restivo, Carly Restivo, Lucia Burgess, Olivia Burgess, Heidi and Emma Engelmeyer.
