Ellsworth Luther Hilleary

Ellsworth Luther Hilleary, 97, of Glen Burnie, Maryland and Salem, Virginia, was born August 15, 1917 and passed away December 24, 2014. Ellsworth is a native of Baltimore, Maryland and was the oldest of five children born to Gertrude and George Hilleary. Ellsworth resided in Maryland most of his adult life, and is best remembered for his dedication to family, home and flea markets. He was employed at Baltimore Business Forms for over forty years. Ellsworth was married to Catherine Hilleary for 70 years before she passed away on March 6, 2013. Ellsworth is survived by his children; Gary Hilleary and his wife Carol of Estero, Florida and Sandra Darnall and her husband Kelly of Salem, Virginia. Ellsworth is also survived by his grandchildren; Dawn Clagett and her husband Carl of Mt. Carmel, Pennsylvania, Tonya Swain of Goodview, Virginia and Steven Swain of Roanoke, Virginia; great grandchildren, Angela, David and Montana Swain, all of Goodview, Virginia; one great great grandchild, Jordan Moon. In addition, Ellsworth is survived by his two sisters; Ida Olson of Baltimore, Maryland and Pearl McGarrigle of Chestertown, Maryland. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews living in Maryland and Virginia.
