Elmer A. Horsey

On July 28, 2010, Elmer Allen Horsey, a longtime resident of Glen Burnie, passed away at BWMC. He was 78.  Born in Maryland on July 18, 1932, Elmer lived in Glen Burnie for over 50 years.  Beloved husband of 56 years to Barbara Rose Horsey (nee Witort); loving father of Kenneth, William and Christina Horsey; Cherished grandfather of 8 and great-grandfather of one.  He is also survived by many loving neices and nephews.

Elmer worked for the Saratoga Supply Company for 35 years before he retired.  He liked to travel and enjoyed camping. Elmer liked motorcycles, scooters and antique cars.  He also enjoyed dancing, rifle practice and was a real handyman for his family and his neighbors and church.
