Elsie Louise Anthony

July 5, 1929 — January 28, 2025

She was born Elsie Louise Potts on July 5, 1929 in Harmans, MD to the late Elijah Potts and Nettie Carter Potts and she was a lifetime resident of Anne Arundel County. During her working life she served as a chief engineer for the Anne Arundel County Board of Education. She enjoyed gardening, doing home repairs, watching her relatives children and was always there when someone had a need. In addition to her parents, Elsie is preceded by her husband Ross A. Anthony, brothers Earl and William Potts and sister Thelma Potts. Left to cherish her memory are her sisters Elizabeth Carey of Glen Burnie and Theresa Williams of Odenton and a host of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, February 8th, 12:00pm-1:00pm. Funeral services will be follow at 1:00pm.
