Eric Michael Parker

Eric Michael Parker, 46, of Glen Burnie, died after a lifelong illness at Harbor Hospital on Thursday, August 17, 2023. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on Tuesday, July 19, 1977, to Michael Gene Parker and Karen Lee Wilhelm. Eric was an animal lover who loved to cook spaghetti and Mexican food. He enjoyed swimming, gardening, trimming trees in the yard and catching a good deal on Groupon. And loved soft shell crab sandwiches, car audio stuff and of course, his car! Eric always enjoyed taking pictures and playing pool. He was FUN and loved to play jokes on people, a jokester. He also was very helpful and a mentor to those going through dialysis. He suffered with his health the last couple of years, but he never complained. He will be missed by so many.

Eric is preceded by his father, Michael Gene Parker. He is survived by his mother, Karen Lee Wilhelm of Glen Burnie; sister, Carrie Ann Will (Daniel) of Pasadena; girlfriend, Jamie Patricia Johnson of Davidsonville; aunts, Linda Osborne of New Jersey and Laura "Becky" Parker of New Jersey; uncles, Keith Wilhelm (Anne) Wilhelm of Glen Burnie, Jimmy Parker (Katie) of Elkridge; niece, Isabella Will and also survived by several loving family and friends.

Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, 12pm - 3pm. Funeral service to follow immediately at 3pm. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Kidney Foundation, https://www.kidneyfund.org/
