She was born Ester Ycong in Cebu, Philippines on July 23, 1945 to the late Lorenzo and Eusebia Tampus Ycong. She received her B.A. from San Carlos University in the Philippines and worked as an accountant for the State of Maryland at the Dept. of Housing and Community Development. A resident of Glen Burnie for the past 37 years and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She was an avid gardener and was especially proud of her roses. The light of her life was spending time with her grandson E.J. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Camilo Paderanga, son Emmanual Paderanga, daughter-in-low Valerie Paderanga of Baltimore County, brother Lorenzo Ycong, Jr., sister-in-law Alice Ycong of the Philippines and cherished grandson Emmanual Paderanga, Jr.
Family and friends may visit at the KIRKLEY RUDDICK FUNERAL HOME on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm. Funeral service Monday, March 25, 2024, 10:00am at Christ the King Catholic Church.
